Do people need an app to view my profile?
No. TapSetu opens instantly in any phone's browser when tapped or scanned — nothing to download for you or the person receiving your card.
Which phones support the NFC tap?
Almost all modern iPhones (XR and newer) and Android phones support NFC. For older devices, the printed QR code on your card works on every smartphone.
When do I set up my profile and card design?
Right after payment. Once your order is confirmed, the profile builder and card customiser unlock — you design everything with a live preview, approve it, and we print.
Can I take UPI payments through my profile?
Yes. Add your UPI handle, Razorpay or cards and a Pay button appears on your profile so anyone can pay you directly after a tap.
Can I update the card after it's printed?
Always. Your card links to your profile, not fixed data — change your job, number or links anytime and every card you've handed out updates automatically.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, pan-India with tracking. Most orders arrive within 4–6 working days after design approval, with COD available on most pincodes.
What's the difference between the cards?
Basic is printable PVC, Advanced adds analytics & payments, Premium Metal is brushed steel. The Social card is built for creators, and the Google Review card collects reviews for your business.
