2. Account Registration & Security

When creating a TapSetu account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account.
• Notify TapSetu immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

3. Using TapSetu

TapSetu provides a digital platform that enables users to:

• Create professional digital profiles.
• Share business information through NFC cards and QR codes.
• Display products, services, portfolios, catalogs, documents, and contact details.
• Accept business payments using supported payment methods.
• Connect with customers through digital channels.

TapSetu is a technology platform and does not participate in transactions between businesses and their customers.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including:

• Business information
• Images
• Videos
• Product catalogs
• Portfolio
• Documents
• Social media links
• Contact information

By uploading content to TapSetu, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely for operating and improving our services.

5. Business Profile Responsibility

Each profile owner is solely responsible for:

• Business information
• Products
• Services
• Pricing
• Promotional offers
• Payment details
• Customer communication
• Legal compliance
• Accuracy of published content

TapSetu does not verify or guarantee the authenticity of user-provided information.

6. Payments

If you enable payment options on your profile:

• You are responsible for the payment information you provide.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
• TapSetu does not store your banking passwords, UPI PINs, or payment authentication credentials.
• Any disputes regarding payments must be resolved between the customer and the business owner.

Premium subscriptions, if offered, will be governed by their respective pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies.

7. NFC Cards & QR Codes

TapSetu NFC cards and QR codes are intended for lawful business and professional use.

Users are responsible for:

• Activating their NFC cards correctly.
• Maintaining accurate linked information.
• Sharing NFC cards and QR codes responsibly.
• Ensuring linked content complies with applicable laws.

TapSetu is not responsible for misuse of NFC cards or QR codes after delivery or activation.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use TapSetu for:

• Fraudulent or misleading activities.
• Fake business profiles.
• Spam or unsolicited marketing.
• Illegal products or services.
• Copyright infringement.
• Malware or phishing.
• Offensive, abusive, or hateful content.
• Adult or prohibited content.
• Fake payment links.
• Activities that violate applicable laws.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All TapSetu branding, software, website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface, source code, and platform technology remain the exclusive property of TapSetu or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reverse engineer
• Redistribute
• Resell
• Reproduce

any part of the platform without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of TapSetu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and process your information.

11. Disclaimer

TapSetu provides digital identity and business profile technology.

TapSetu is not:

• A payment gateway
• A marketplace
• A broker
• A guarantor
• A legal advisor
• A tax advisor
• A mediator between buyers and sellers

All business transactions occur directly between users and their customers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapSetu shall not be liable for:

• Payment disputes
• Customer disputes
• Incorrect profile information
• Service interruptions
• Third-party platform failures
• Unauthorized use of your account caused by your negligence
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users assume full responsibility for their use of the platform.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

TapSetu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that:

• Engages in fraud.
• Publishes illegal content.
• Misuses NFC technology.
• Harms other users or the platform.
• Attempts unauthorized access to the system.

Where appropriate, TapSetu may remove content without prior notice.

14. AI & Generated Content

Where AI-assisted features are available, users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing it.

TapSetu does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

TapSetu may integrate with third-party services, including:

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
